The licence for Fontshare's 'Closed Source' fonts from the Indian Type Foundry. Free for commercial use in any media, including logos (which may be registered as trademarks), web and apps — but you may not modify the fonts or hand the files to anyone else.
“You may use the Font Software in any media, including Print, Websites, Mobile or Desktop Applications, Digital Images, Digital Advertising, Social Media, ePublishing, Video, Broadcasting and Games, at any scale and in any location worldwide.”
“Logos and wordmarks created using the Font Software may be registered as trademarks.”
“You may not provide the Font Software directly to external designers, agencies, contractors, printers or other service providers.”
